What is OCD?
OCD: Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder is a mental health condition. It is characterized by intrusive thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors or rituals (compulsions). These rituals are performed to alleviate anxiety or distress. I am suffering from OCD since I was a little child. At that time, my parents were fighting for divorce, which is quite rare in the early 80s, China.
I remember clearly, mom had OCD too during that period. She locks the door, then unlocks it with key, and repeating the process for many times. If the disorder is left untreated, it can significantly impact daily functioning. The soul and heart will become more fearful and anxious. After all, OCD is merely a crutch to mental disorder, the lack of inner security.

The shadow of subconsciousness needs to find an object to release the pent-up nervous energies. The symptoms of OCD increase its frequency when one feels more stressed and anxious.
